If you're planning a Halloween gathering that will create haunting memories for years to come, you're in luck. Several eerie homes, including a historic mansion used in film and television, are ready to be booked for your ghostly party plans.

Giggster, an online platform for reserving event and filming locations, currently has homes across Southern California that could be the perfect locale for an upcoming Halloween party.

Also known as the historic Woodbury-Story House, the 1882 estate boasts seven bedrooms, five baths and seven fireplaces, as well as "large creepy attic," a cellar with stone tunnel corridor and courtyard gardens.

The 7,000-square-foot home features 17 rooms in total, with closets packed with creepy decorations ranging from drapes, table cloths and fine china to mannequins, candelabras, a carousel horse, an organ and an antique tricycle.

The home is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is a popular filming location for productions searching for the perfect blend of ominous and luxurious.

Need even more space? An "abandoned" house on a 10-acre production ranch in La Tuna Canyon is also available for your dream Halloween party.

The 3-bed, 3-bath home was built in the 1930s and features a hidden and "hauntingly gorgeous basement."

Advertised as a "spooky haunted house," the home fell victim to a "sudden house fire" in 2016, leaving the walls stained with smoke, the scars of the blaze heightening the mystique of the property.

The ranch features on-site parking, men's and women's bathrooms and power throughout the gated compound.

Venturing further east, in the Inland Empire, a true "time capsule" property stands in the heart of downtown Riverside.

The 1884 Queen Anne Victorian home showcases multiple towers, a mansard-style roof and detailed wood siding on the exterior, with stained glass windows and a clawfoot tub inside.

The 5-bed, 3-bath chateau is among the more affordable party pads, accepting bookings beginning at less than $100 per hour.

If none of these sinister stays check all your boxes, Giggster has hundreds of listings on its website that can be filtered from the type of property, size and theme of event, indoor and outdoor features and overall price to book.
