Disney's latest trailer for "Moana 2" shows how far the Wayfinder will go to fulfill her destiny.
Auli'i Cravalho returns to voice Moana as Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is back as Maui.
The new trailer dropped on Tuesday and features Cravalho singing the new song "We're Back."
The sequel to the 2016 hit film reunites Moana and Maui for another adventure. "Moana 2" is set three years after the dynamic duo's daring adventure to save Moana's people.
"After receiving an unexpected call from her wayfinding ancestors, Moana must journey to the far seas of Oceania and into dangerous, long-lost waters for an adventure unlike anything she’s ever faced," the description on the website reads.
This new journey also adds some fun characters into the mix named Loto, Moni and Kele. However, it's not all smooth sailing for the crew.
The trailer gives a first look at Matangi, the movie's villain who is voiced by Awhimai Fraser, according to Comic Book Resources.
"Now I kind of miss the lava monster," Maui mentions in the trailer.
While it's not quite known what the villain's issue is, fans of the franchise will soon be able to find out.
"Moana 2" hits theaters on Nov. 27.
