Lady Gaga and Bruno Mars have teamed up for a new song and video titled "Die With A Smile."
The duo made the official announcement in a post on Instagram on Thursday showing them both wearing blue and red country-inspired ensembles.
"While you wait till[sic] (Lady Gaga 7) 'Die With A Smile' a duet with Bruno Mars. Song and video tonight at 9 p.m. PT," the "Just Dance" singer wrote in her caption.
Gaga, born Stefani Germanotta, references fans who have been awaiting a new album from her as her sixth studio album "Chromatica" was released in 2020.
Fans of Mars as well haven't received any new music from him in years. Two years ago he and Anderson.Paak collaborated and formed the Grammy-winning duo Silk Sonic.
It's unknown which genre the two will tackle but judging by the outfits it looks like they could be following the country trend.
Earlier this week the two hinted at a collaboration.
On Tuesday, Gaga posted a video to the social media site playing the piano and wearing a shirt with Mars' face on the front. A day later, Mars posted a photo of himself donning a Gaga graphic tee.
The announcement comes amid a busy week for Mars. He's performing back-to-back shows at the new Intuit Dome in Inglewood, the new home to the Los Angeles Clippers. He's the venue's very first concert.
Gaga is starring in the upcoming musical film “Joker: Folie À Deux,” alongside Joaquin Phoenix.
